The AI Transition Diagnostic
What AI is doing to your organisation that nobody is talking about
This is not an AI readiness assessment. It does not measure how prepared your organisation is to adopt AI tools, how mature your data infrastructure is, or whether your people have the right technical skills. It surfaces what AI transition is doing to the humans in your organisation.
Four forces
Dynamics
How power is shifting. Who gains influence and who loses it. What AI makes visible and what it obscures about how decisions really get made.
Unknowing
What your organisation is pretending to understand about AI’s impact. Where false certainty is being manufactured. What cannot be said.
Meaning
What is happening to professional identity and purpose. How people are making sense of a world where their expertise can be approximated by a machine.
Belonging
Who is being included in the AI transition and who is being left outside it. What the new conditions of membership are becoming. Who feels safe, who feels expendable, and who has already started looking elsewhere.
What you get
A strain score for each force, and the Contradiction Index: how far the official story and lived experience have drifted apart. Where a force reads as calm but its paired statements pull against each other, it is flagged as submerged. The results name the cross-force pattern your answers form and end with a reflection prompt for each force.
How it works
48 questions in four sections, one force at a time. Your progress saves in this browser, so you can stop and come back. Print or save your results as a PDF at the end.
This only works if you tell the truth. Not the organisational truth. Not the optimistic truth. The actual truth about what you see, feel and experience.
Team mode is coming
Run the diagnostic with your leadership team or a client group. The facilitator sees aggregate results only, results appear once five or more people have responded, and no names are stored against answers.
